At The Dance Factory, we help beginning dancers learn to love classic styles, and encourage experienced dancers to set and reach higher goals.
Classes are available for all ages, children through adults, so whatever your skill level, don't deny yourself the opportunity to glide elegantly across the dance floor because you think it's too late.
Dance can help athletes become more in tune with their bodies and perform well in other sports, it can teach little ones about balance, posture and rhythm, and it can keep adults fit, limber and stress-free.
